When CRR Diane Kukich commits to something, she seriously commits. For much of her adult life she has kept fit by working out, by exercising in one form or another—either walking, running, swimming, or biking. Now she’s approaching an impressive, and somewhat unimaginable, milestone. Kukich is closing in on 10,000 consecutive days of exercise—that’s about 27 years and 4 months, day in and day out. See video / read full story (including quotes from CRR Steve Goodwin and an inspirational nod to CRR Cole Galloway).
Kukich still holds the Delaware state resident record for the 50-54 age group at the 20K distance (set in 2002 – see state records held by Creek Road Runners).
You go, girl!
