CRR Mike Shay, who received a new Creek Road T-shirt during his initial “Wring Out the Old, Ring in the New” in 2012, has now been honored for his “pioneering contributions” to research in physics.

Shay, a professor in the University of Delaware’s Department of Physics and Astronomy, has been elected a fellow of the American Physical Society (APS), an honor that places him among the top one-half of 1 percent of society members. Congratulations, Mike!
